The first thing I did was to upgrade the Windows 7 Startup to the Enterprise version (with a legal copy of the latter); Startup is fine if you only wish to do Microsoft games, e-mail, word processing, spreadsheets, and internet cruising. It has no real flexibility with respect to personalization. I currently own two other netbooks--another Asus (7" model) and an HP 10"), and I purchased this one due to its dual processor, which is definitely quicker than the HP Atom chip. My wife has taken possession of the HP for her use, as the 10" keyboards are definitely much more comfortable than those on the 7" model. It is definitely light and easy to transport, which is the main reason for purchasing these units.
